Farm Stay Cottage

This cottage has a fully equipped kitchen making it easy to prepare a meals or snacks. Perfect for a little extra independence.

The first bedroom has 1 queen-size bed and the second bedroom has 3 single beds. Linen provided Beds made up.

Large lounge/dining room. Kitchen with a full stove/oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. Bathroom with a shower. Separate toilet room.

Number 10

This cottage "Number 10" is located over the bridge further away from the other houses. It has a fully equipped kitchen making it easy to prepare a meals or snacks. Perfect for a little extra independence and privacy. Good choice for families, friends and couples.

1st Bedroom has a queen bed & is provided fully made up with linen and towels.
2nd & 3rd Bedrooms: single beds and the bunk beds are provide with a bottom sheet, pillow and pillow case. A Linen Pack (bedding/towels) can be provided for an extra single fee of $10 per person per stay for these extra beds.

Large lounge dining room. Kitchen with a gas hob and oven, microwave and fridge. Freezer available in garage. Bathroom with a shower. Separate toilet room.

Palm Tree Cottage

Our older but comfy 4-bedroom home is cool in summer but cosy warm in winter especially with the fire going.

2 bedrooms are inside the house and there are 2 bedrooms adjoining the bathroom which is across the metre-wide verandah from the kitchen. When there are more than 4 people staying, the other bathroom will be available to use. It's about 10 metres around the outside of the house. Free WiFi.

There's no deck but the BBQ table on the lawn outside is perfect for cooking on the BBQ, supping a wine or two and stargazing at night (no light pollution here!) Or during the day it's neat to see the Hereford cattle grazing on the paddocks with the mountains in the background. Free of crowded areas and the hustle and bustle of day to day life.

With a cozy queen bed ( Linen provided ) and crackling fire, you'll stay warm and connected, thanks to sustainable energy sources. Every detail, from the equipped kitchen to the shared outdoor BBQ, invites you to immerse yourself in the surroundings. Experience sustainable living at its finest with Eco-Friendly Totally Off Grid Bush Cabin 1. Plus, Linen Packs available for hire for added convenience during your stay for the extra beds.

Cabins are accessible via a scenic 3-kilometre gravel farm track with 1 creek crossing, this hideaway encourages you to disconnect from technology and reconnect with nature.

*Cabins all powered by sustainable hydro water generation system (maximum 1000 watts). When excess power is generated it will heat most of the hot water too but if you run out you can light the fire which will also heat the water too.

*You are able to drive yourself to the cabins, however for some vehicles it is not appropriate (especially lowered vehicles) It is Recommended that you arrive in the daylight.

NO TV and limited cell phone reception at the cabins.

Eco Friendly Bush Cabin 2

Eco-Friendly Totally Off Grid Bush Cabin 2 offers a secluded retreat in the heart of untouched wilderness. Nestled among lush native bush, it provides a serene sanctuary where modern comforts meet nature's tranquility.

Inside, you'll find a cozy living and dining area, complete with a well-equipped kitchen featuring utensils, a dining set, toaster, and fridge/freezer.

1 bedroom sleeps up to six people, with a single bed and two single bunk beds. While two of the single beds come with linen, the others are provided with a bottom sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillow, and pillowcase.

Refresh yourself in the bathroom, where a hot shower over a bath. Cooking is a breeze with a two-burner gas hob and a cozy wood-burning stove, all powered by our eco-friendly hydro water generation system. Plus, excess power will heat most of the hot water, and you can always light the fire to ensure warmth and comfort.

Shared outdoor wood-fired barbecue.

Powered Camp Sites

Farm setting powered site is near the communal shower and toilet. We have 2 powered sites available. Plenty of walks on the farm to do and waterfalls to see. We have a wide range of facilities and services. Flush toilets, non-potable tap water, hot shower, rubbish collection and road access for all types of vehicles during summer months. Coin operated laundry facilities which takes $1 and $2 coins. There are no cooking facilities provided at this campsite. Bring your own equipment. You need to be fully self-sufficient, we have a hot shower and toilet available for use.  The sites are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, BYO RCD Camping Lead

Non-Powered Camp Sites

Non-Powered Campsites are spacious, family friendly and located on our working sheep and beef farm. 

Reconnect with nature, get away from it all when you stay under the stars. This is a fabulous place to relax, swim in our spring fed creeks or explore our walking tracks in amongst native bush or through farm land to the top of the ridge line. Free WiFi. Excellent place to base yourself to further explore the northern end of the Coromandel Peninsula The sites are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Self Contained Campsites

We have plenty of space for fully self contained caravans and motorhomes - just park up! Sites are selected by campers on a first-come, first-served basis. Campsites are spacious, family friendly and located on our working sheep and beef farm. Reconnect with nature, get away from it all when you stay under the stars.
